Log Cabin on Saltwater Cove

Description

This log cabin in the woods is on a gorgeous saltwater tidal cove! Enjoy deer, squirrels, birds, eagles, turkeys, and more from the deck. Grill your dinner on the gas grill and dine in the treetops under the sun. Take a canoe ride to fish or see the views from the water, and warm up at night in front of the wood stove.

The cabin is wonderfully secluded—many locals don’t even know it’s there—with no neighbors except deer and the occasional eagle flying overhead.

The Space

A canoe and life preservers are provided. Use the wheeled trolley on the property to take the canoe down the rustic 2-minute wooded path to the water. The cove is tidal, so be sure to check tide charts.

Loft: Daybed with trundle (2 twin-sized beds)

The cabin is a short drive to local lobster merchants, pristine swimming lakes, and scenic hiking trails. You can also go clamming out front at low tide.

At the end of the day, relax in front of the wood stove or pop in a video (TV is for videos only, with a good supply provided).

Pet policy: 1 dog allowed with pet agreement and $100 pet fee.
Security deposit: $300 refundable
