With private water access, you can enjoy your kayak rental or wade in the water at low tide just steps from the door. Evenings are just as magical – gather around the fire pits (2) under the stars with s’mores and unwind in the gentle ocean breeze. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed wit brand new furnishings, heat and AC throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable. This ONE FLOOR home has an open floor plan with a view from the many windows and lots of natural light. Bedroom 1- Primary bedroom with a queen sized bed, and full en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds, and a pull out twin sofa chair There is a full sized bathroom with a tub/shower off of the common areas, and a washer/dryer in the mud room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, and all of your needs for cooking. There is a keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a coffee grinder. There is heat and AC in every room. The large living room has plenty of seating, a pull out chair, and a flat screen TV. The deck has tons of furniture for dinners from the grill, or fire pit chats. The owners didnt overlook a thing, your comfort is their main focus and it shows. This is on a quiet private road, off of a side street going to Mt Desert Island. It is in Ellsworth, close to the Trenton line.
