It’s all within walking distance of this family cottage on historic Hancock Point overlooking Frenchman Bay!

The Space

This charming summer cottage is on beautiful Hancock Point. It is located on the water overlooking Frenchman Bay, and close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

There are two buildings on the property (a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Prices are for the Main House only, but the Guest House may be added as well.

The Main House (“Cottage”) – Sleeps 7 Total

• First floor bedroom: 1 full bed
• First floor bathroom: Shower, toilet, washer/dryer
• Second floor: 3 bedrooms
  • Bedroom 1: 1 queen, 1 twin

• Full bathroom, washer/dryer, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave (no full oven/stove)
• Gas stove for heat

Dog-friendly with signed pet agreement and $150 pet fee
